SCPM handles the billing for your HOA. You may expect your quarterly statement approximately 10 to 15 days before quarterly fees are due.
Quarterly HOA fees are due January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1.
LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL

SCPM contracts with dependable vendors to provide your lawncare, weed control, and fertilization.
Snow removal is provided after 2 inches of snowfall.
ACCOUNTING
QUARTERLY AND YEARLY
SCPM keeps precise records of all incoming assessment fees and outgoing expenses. These records are provided to the board for review and budget planning.

SCPM manages your routine paint and roof schedules.
We monitor and enforce environmental and harmony guidelines provided in the bilaws.
